FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL

  • A deposit of 50% of Invoice will be due to save the date and book your event.

  • Complete Payment is required before deliverables are sent to the client.

  • Download Links to Photo / Video Files will be provided upon completion & available for download for a minimum of 10 days. 


 

WEDDINGS

  • Turn around time for Wedding Day media is approximately 10-14 days.

  • Turn around time for Engagement Photos is approximately 3-5 days.


 

MUSIC VIDEOS

  • Turn around time for the first edit is approximately 7-10 days.

REAL ESTATE

  • Turn around time for Real Estate media is approximately 2-5 days.

  • We don’t pick up, clean, or stage property. Property will need to be shot as is. Small / Minor things may be adjusted or moved but property should be ready to be captured upon arrival of OLF.


 

CUSTOM PRICING

  • Custom Pricing Rates Charged at Hour Increments

  • Editing & Post Production is estimated at approximately an hour of editing for every hour on site.

  • Travel Expenses: Mileage is $1 per mile outside of Lansing, MI., Lodging is charged at cost, meals during travel are charged at $30 per day for each working crew member.

  • Extra Equipment: If extra or special equipment is needed for your project, that we don’t possess or that you require, the cost of acquiring that equipment will be charged at cost of rental and time to obtain said equipment.

  • Videographer (A Cam) = $100 / hr

  • Videographer (B Cam & BTS) = $75 / hr

  • 1st Photographer = $100 / hr

  • 2nd Photographer = $75 / hr

  • Drone Operator (Photo/Video) = $150 / hr

  • Editing & Post-Production = $100 / hr

  • Extra Equipment Needs = At cost

  • Mileage (Outside Lansing Area) = $1 / mile

  • Lodging & Expenses = At cost
